The building has a non-smoking rules inside the building but owners/residents are allowed to smoke outside the building. Please be advised that because there are smokers living and smoking in the vicinity of the building, you will smell smoke when you stay here. Guests will have access to the entire condo except for some cabinets, which will be labeled with “host only” on the doors. The condo currently does not have washer/dryer in unit but it does have in-building laundry that is coin/card operated. So, there is no laundry capability in unit, please pack accordingly. There is TV and streaming box but there is no cable/satellite TV. The Peacock streaming device is included for you to use your streaming services (Amazon, Netflix…). A deposit of $3300 is required.
