Our newly updated apartments boast impeccable attention to detail and a refined aesthetic, featuring luxury vinyl flooring, plush carpeted bedrooms, and modernized kitchens with sleek appliances. Community amenities also include coin-operated laundry facilities, whilst several apartments and townhomes include washer/dryer hookups! Residents are responsible for electric and a fixed monthly fee for water, trash and pest control in the 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Fixed Water Rates: 1 Bedroom - $68 2 Bedroom - $93 3 Bedroom - $115 Residents are responsible for all utilities in the 3-bedroom townhomes.
