My apartment move in process with Chris was smooth I got approved within 2 days, my apartment is nice and has a nice size , maintenance is on site and pretty fast i put in a request and they came the next morning

To 5 West Group LLC In regards to employees I always feel good when my friends and family drive up to the front door. The grounds are kept clean and pretty, no one smokes on the porch anymore. Maintenance Technician keeps the lobby looking beautiful, he wipes down the washer and dryers to battle Covid, he also cleaned and took apart bathroom vent, the vent is working properly. A little thing like that what a difference. The real star of the show is our property manager Ms.Graham. She listens to our concerns and brings us hope, that all repairs will be done. She cares and respect us. We never had a company did all the repairs that they promised to do, well the buck stops here with 5 West Group. I have lived here over 9 years and I feel great ful now that we have Ms. Graham helping us. My new kitchen faucet is a nice one. Ms Graham also had a guy to fix the leaks under the kitchen sink. She has promised me that the floor tiles which were loosened by water from leak will be replaced. Ms Graham has had many plumbers look at my leaky ceilings, I believe they will be repaired after all these years. She has promised new mailboxes. Ebony's word is good as gold/ no empty promises, she is outstanding and a joy. Ms Graham cares, she is a blessing and so is 5 West Group it is a delight working with you. Thank you for reading this A great ful tenant
