Howard County End unit Townhouse under seven years old. New floors getting installed. Updated photos coming soon. 2 assigned parking spots right in front of property. This 4 story townhouse has a Finished basement with one of the 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom and one of the 3 yes 3 family rooms in this house. Here's a full breakdown of the application process. There's the application form I have for you to fill out. If you decide you want to move forward with renting the property there's a $50 application fee. I pay the $50 to a company that does a credit and background check. If credit score is below 650 I require two month security deposit instead of one month. Any red flags that could come up during the credit and background check that forces me to decline the application would be any past evictions, bankruptcies or if the applicant has any past due debt. For example credit card debt. If everything looks good then the property can be locked in with a $1000 deposit (this $1K deposit is optional not required), this money goes towards your first months rent. If the $1,000 deposit is paid showing you're serious and not going to back out I shut down all my advertisements and cancel all pending walk-throughs and applicants and the place is yours. If you change your mind on renting after paying the deposit it is not refunded. I do allow pets but there is a monthly pet fee.
