90% brick home is ready for you to move in and make it your own. The Kitchen has been updated from original, the hardwood floors are in excellent condition. The pantry has been replaced with a dumb-waiter but pantry could be re-added back. During the kitchen remodel, an extra half bath was added! Master suite used to be two bedrooms but was combined and is huge and on the upper level with the kitchen and living/dining areas, and the lower level boasts a nice family room and two more bedrooms. Out back is a low maintenance back yard and a large 2 car attached but hidden garage! New architectural roof was just put on in March of this year! New carpet in lower level as well!
