Downstairs you will find a great den that could easily be another bedroom, offering a fire place, closet and laundry room. Upstairs you will find a beautifully remodeled full bathroom and 3 bedrooms, one of which offers a 1/2 bath. Tenant responsible for lawn care and all utilities. Deposit equal to rent. If approved, deposit is required to secure the property and financial responsibility must begin within 10 days. First months rent due prior to move in. Pets considered on case by case basis. If approved there is a $300 non refundable pet fee per pet and $25/month pet rent. Requirements 2.5x the rent for income No repossessions, evictions or bankruptcies in last 5 years No violent felonies No landlord collections Application fee is $39 which includes credit and background check.
