This place is a nice little place to call home. It is a very friendly and quiet neighborhood. It is kept very clean and maintenance crew was always on top of any issue I had. Although I never had anything major happen. Sara in the office was very friendly and always very quick to respond to any of my needs. She was very helpful. I never felt unsafe living here. If your needs are simple this is the place for you. You don't have to pay high rent for things you don't need or use ( pool & play grounds etc ).

The property is great and have heard great things about the different properties however the person I encountered Sara was kind of rude and did not fully explain the application process and also I asked about a co-signer wasn’t allowed to use one I asked to speak with the regional manager as Sara stated no manager was available however Sara ended up contacting me again even though I requested to speak to higher up and when she called back her delivery was a very poor response. I feel as though if she had took time to answer questions could’ve saved a application fee
