We are offering Free November Rent for any prospective renters! Fantastic end-unit townhome in the coveted O'Donnell Square neighborhood. This modern two bedroom + office, 3.5 bathroom, 2,232 sq. ft. townhome. The house is spread across four floors, with a rear deck off the kitchen (especially great in the summer), a fully-appointed garage, a parking pad (plus street parking right out front), and a front porch that faces out towards the neighborhood's large green space. A great positive to mention is that the house gets great natural sunlight! Being on the end of the row means there isn't a neighbor on the side to block the windows. The front of the house has plenty of windows that look out onto the greenspace. Pet friendly. The house has central AC/heat, washer/dryer, and modern appliances. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. There are several storage areas throughout the house and garage. The house has a security system and camera. Monthly fee is the responsibility of tenant if you'd like active monitoring (I think its only like $50). O'Donnell Square is a very active/close-knit little neighborhood with a very active Facebook Group and regular neighborhood events. Tons of dog owners in the neighborhood and it's very family friendly. Convenient location to I-95, BWI, Canton Waterfront and/or Square, etc. Rent price is flexible depending on lease term.
