We've lived here for almost 3 years and love it. All the management staff are so attentive (Ping and Lynn🤩) and keep things running smoothly. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. Pet friendly! And it's a safe environment, inside and out. The location is great. A variety of restaurants are only steps away. And we're close to all types of public transportation, e.g. light rail, bus, Penn Station for non drivers and for drivers Rt 83 and Rt 95 are minutes away. Ideal for students because MICA and Univ. of Baltimore are short walks from our front door. I can't imagine living anywhere else in Mt. Vernon.

I've lived in the Queen Anne for a year now and I love it! The Mount Vernon area is really nice, people are friendly, and there are plenty of things to do. I work at Johns Hopkins and the short walk (~5 min) to Penn Station to catch the shuttle (as well as the MARC, AMTRAK, etc) is perfect. I lived in the county for two years and commuting was the worst. IN ADDITION, I paid about $150 more each month. With the price of rent, the convenience to work, dining options, and cheap parking, it was worth the move. The facilities are clean, packages are properly taken care of, and everyone in the office is friendly. Maintenance requests are quickly taken care of, and if not, Katie is on top of it. Also, even though I work most of the time the office is open, all of the leasing agents know me by face and my dog, making it a personal experience. The only major adjustment is that I live on the Charles Street side and had to get used to city noises (but that should be a given). I never hear my neighbors and hopefully they don't hear my vocal puppy! I plan to renew until my fellowship is over.

Lived here for 3 years and it was pretty great
Pros
- great management that actually tries to get things done quickly
- The maintenance team is amazing. Never had to wait more than 24 hours to get something fixed
- nice outdoor common patio area
- management keeps the common areas nice and clean all the time
- Near almost everything and only a mile walk from inner harbor
- overall solid apartments
Cons
- This is the place they send managers before they get promoted out so I had a different manager for each of the 3 years. They were all great but still
- The washing machines are not in unit (for now) and the ones they have downstairs are run by a 3rd party that charges $2 for wash and ANOTHER $2 for drying.
- The building is historic and therefore poorly insulated.

Nice apartments and the staff are very friendly and competent. My only issue is the noise along the streets but that's a bit out of their control, especially since it's along a busy road. All in all, for a city apartment it's a nice place and the streets in front of them are always clean so that's also an added benefit. Super convenient and close to a bunch of stuff like blicks for your art students, and pet valu if you own a pet along with a convenience mart and multiple eateries.
Though I haven't lived here long, I'm so thankful for my charming, beautiful apartment, the excellent location, and the helpful management/staff! Marcus, the leasing agent, was very kind and helpful during the move-in process, and the maintenance staff, especially Scott, have been super responsive, attentive, and generous when I was moving in and with various maintenance requests. Any maintenance request, big and small, I've submitted has been almost immediately addressed and fixed within a day or two. All of this makes me super excited about living here and so very grateful.
Queen Anne Belvedere is a very clean and reliable place to live in. The staff are friendly, the units are comfortable, and it's in a convenient location as well. (Haven't seen a single roach yet! That's the most important thing.) It's pretty much walking distance to everywhere you need to be, or at least transportation. This was my first time renting, and the whole process was smooth thanks to our leasing consultant. Our maintenance staff are also very quick and efficient, which I'm grateful for. The only problem I have living here is outside the building. Because our building is near a restaurant street, it's convenient when you need to grub, but there are a lot of loiterers. I always walk fast on N Charles because the smoke smell is not very pleasant, but home is not far away! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

We are pleased with our decision to move to the Queen Anne Belvedere this year.We heard the welcome statement of " Welcome home" and that's exactly what management, maintenance and neighbors have made us feel like from day one. There's a multitude of cultural people and events which for the most part all are welcome and encouraged to explore . As far as our apartment goes We're very comfortable and if any concerns arise, all that's required is to inform Our office manager, Marcus, and he addresses the matter immediately! I guess what I am trying to say is We've been blessed to have moved to The Queen Anne Belvedere and look forward to future experiences here.....
Great apartment in a great area! I love being able to walk to my favorite bars and restaurants in Mount Vernon. It's also very close to HH Tea, which I think is the best bubble tea in the city. Ping is always happy to help with anything we need and is a delight to correspond with. The courtyard is a fun bonus too - a lovely spot to enjoy the outdoors when the weather is nice.
