I am posting this review as a General Contractor who spent two months working side by side with my construction crew to update and modernize the windows and sliding glass doors in this complex. Performing a massive renovation (100 windows and 20 sliding glass doors) is never an easy task and is bound to disrupt normal life for residents. Our team greatly appreciates all of the residents who were cognitive of this and understanding of the temporary interruptions. Throughout our time at this site we met many residents who were extremely polite and thankful for the improved efficiency. One resident expressed gratitude while waking through the parking lot looking at all the new windows and telling someone on the phone how much her electric bill has gone down. The fact that Fish Creek Apartments has taken initiative and worked diligently to improve quality of life says a lot for those managing the place. You can’t please everyone, but you can and should do what is right for as many people as possible. That’s what Rhonda (Director of Property Management) and Rasima (Fish Creek Property Manager) have done here. It’s not easy, but it is temporary and it is worth it. Well done!

I've lived at fish creek for over 5 years now. In the past it took forever to get anything done around the apartments. But now that sima has taken over we've gotten things taken care of as soon as possible. Even this summer when my a/c unit was leaking into my apartment it was taken care of immediately, it had happened when the old management was still here and it took weeks to get it fixed. Even better is all the renovations they've done between new windows, repaving the sidewalks, driveway, parking lot, and replacing all the old rotten retaining walls.
