I have been very impressed with High Pointe Apartments. I moved here after a divorce, so was going through a difficult time. High Pointe made the process very easy for me. The application process was very seamless. If I had questions, they were quick to answer. I love my apartment. It is very bright, cheery and comfortable. The apartment grounds are well kept. The High Pointe employees are extremely helpful and easy to get a hold of. I've had a few maintenance issues that were handled promptly (other than one issue over a weekend, which was quickly handled on Monday). I have a dog, and High Pointe is very pet friendly (nice side walks & areas to walk your pets, etc.) I have a 15 year old daughter who is also very comfortable here at High Pointe. We love it!

Had a great experience there. Residents were friendly. Maintenance was prompt. The Mgt staff was definitely engaged.
