Rent a 3rd floor room and entire 4th floor in a 4 floor townhouse across the street from GW med school. I love this house, especially the rooftop deck, but would like to move in with my boyfriend. My lease will end on 5/31/2016 and includes a room on the 3rd floor and the 4th floor for $1640 a month. I am looking for someone to take over this lease. If you are worried about finding sub letters, note that we have had no difficulties finding summer sub letters. The house is next door to a 7-11 and is across the street from GW. It is on the same block as the Foggy Bottom Metro and Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are minutes away. My two roommates will still be living in the house and because they are great friends of mine I want to make sure whoever takes my room will be a good fit. We are all female law students at GW but enjoy going out. If you are interested, please let me know a little about yourself and when you would like to view the house. When looking at the pictures please note that the furniture my roommates will be moving into the living room is much nicer than the furniture pictured and that many repairs have been made to update the house. Additionally, the whole house is getting painted before the end of August.
