Third bedroom is on the lower level, with an ensuite bathroom, spacious walk in closet, and a bonus room. Two car garage and laundry included. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to literally live above it all. Take advantage now! Resident is responsible for water/sewer, electricity/gas. Trash/recycling and is included in rent. One small dog or cat (up to 25lbs) may be considered. Proofs of spaying/neutering and vaccination are required. A separate pet application is required.
