The photos are current, sorry for the clutter the owner is currently in the process of moving. We are looking for an 19-24 month lease to start with option to renew at that time. Walking upstairs from the entryway you will find a very large open living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen has been renovated and looks fantastic, off it there is a large deck over looking the spacious/fenced backyard. The primary has a large closet and 3/4 bath, the second bedroom and full bath are located off the hall. Downstairs you have a large family room with fireplace. The 3rd and 4th bedroom share a 3/4s bath. Laundry room and storage are also located on this level. The home has a 3 car attached garage and a very large storage shed which fits a car. The yard is 100 percent fenced and deck is above and beyond what you would normally find in a rental home. Dogs are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $50mo). Sorry no Cats. Tenant is responsible for lawn and snow care. If you are not interested in that we can add $250mo to rent and have lawn mowed weekly and snow removed when it snows more than 2 inches. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
