All of our apartments have lots of storage, including a pantry in the 1-bedroom units. All units have a sliding glass door that opens onto a patio, deck or balcony. Assigned off-street parking, 1 free parking space is included with the unit. Additional parking and garages available to rent. Pet friendly units allow dogs and cats with additional pet rent of $50 per pet. Residents pay $55 toward water, sewer and garbage in a 1 bedroom apartment.
