The entry to the patio and fully fenced backyard is off the stairway to the basement. Located down here is another living space as well as two other spaces perfect for an office, lounge area, or bring your imagination. The laundry room is also located in the utility room. As a resident you are responsible for all utilities as well as lawn and snow care. Renters insurance is also required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit.
