The main floor also has a French door that leads to another flex space and through that is the garage. Off the main floor hallway you have the stairway up to the second floor. Two more bedrooms which have built in storage in addition to closets, and a half bath are located on the second floor. Through the kitchen you have the door to the backyard and stairway to the finished basement is off the main floor hallway. The basement has another living space as well as two other spaces perfect for an office, lounge area, or bring your imagination. As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities as well as lawn and snow care. Renters insurance is also required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit.
