We have partnered with France 98 to do their common area cleaning and turn Cleaning. Our Company always makes sure the building is cleaned and sanitized. We have been Pleased to work with Brianna she is easy to communicate and understanding.

France 98 is such a great place to live! The entire staff team goes above and beyond our needs, ensuring we are being well taken care of. Julie & her office staff are always on top of any issues we may have and are there for anything we may need. Kevin and the rest of the maintenance team have been so attentive to all of our requests, usually completing them within 24 hours. The buildings are kept very clean and are well maintained. The units are very spacious and each have their own laundry room! We've been so pleased with the France 98 community & have resigned our lease knowing we wouldn't get better service anywhere else!
