It’s the safest police zone in town. There are few furnished homes (not townhouses on top of retail) with utilities homes (outside of pricy AirB&B’s) in 30306. Our home is three blocks from everything you could possibly need: Publix, Kroger, Whole Foods, CVS, banks and many bars and restaurants. Three MARTA bus stops are two and five blocks away. The walking score is 85. The belt line urban trail is three blocks away and leads past Trader Joe’s to Piedmont Park. Southbound it leads to The Krog St. Market. Female travel RN’s have been staying with us for a couple of years. They have 13 week assignments and sometimes stay longer if they extend their contracts. Our home is close 2-14 miles) from all the major medical facilities in Atlanta. The airport is 12 miles away. The quiet, no drama, safe, clean home is fully furnished with utilities, WiFi and linens. There are two kitchens; a breakfast kitchen and a commercial style kitchen. There are two living rooms, formal dining room, glassed in porch and a pleasant front garden. A locking front gate and cameras provide additional safety. Smoking of any kind anywhere is not permitted on the property Addictive behavior is not permitted. Rent is $325/week with a $1005 deposit. A cleaning fee of $200 is deducted from your returnable deposit. Any negligent damage may also be deducted. A minimum 90 day stay is required.
