The management is very responsive and attentive. Maintenance is a step above the rest. Friendly I feel very welcome here. I have a special needs child and they are aware and very helpful. Lots of remodeling going on the progress they have made in the 2 months I've been here are unbelievable the inside and our e hen I moved in I t was a puddle of mud in the loading dock area now it is fit for A special occasion party equipped with a grill and brand new grass. Honest review I thought not to do one because I’m just not a complainer. But some things need to be said LOL! In my experience I had a few complaints however, in fairness they DO NOT necessarily involve the property or management directly, which is ultimately why I do give an overall 5 star. I’ve kept to myself as I always do and that helps with having an overall great experience. (before I go into this whole fire alarm rant I think it has gotten slightly better) Personally I think the residents are the biggest problem, FIRE ALARMS: WOW!! It’s CLEAR that most people are uneducated as to having the basic knowledge of how & what to do in situations when smoke alarms are going off in their unit from cooking and that unnecessarily triggers the building alarm system all too frequently & constantly. You have a patio that gives immediate access to AIR FLOW and the removal of smoke that’s accumulated in the units. OPENING the front of your unit to release the smoke inside the building only triggers the building alarms which ultimately leads to so many alarms going off at random hrs throughout the day. REALLY PEOPLE! Common sense ain’t so common anymore. Also, From my observation the property has a pretty good maintenance crew only that they aren’t superhuman, people could be better at picking up and placing their trash and not dumping it in hallways and stairwells and other random spots that isn’t a designated trash can/or dumpster. You don’t just pay rent for your unit you pay for a clean comfortable building. Trash is a deal breaker for any business especially if you call it HOME. Personally I feel Most complaints and or things can be resolved by each individual being responsible renters as far as doing their part with placing trash in dumpsters and UNDERSTANDING smoke, fire and remembering that YOU HAVE ACCESS TO A PATIO/ AIR so you aren’t DISTURBING the residents in the building with fire alarms by doing one very simple thing. Otherwise any future residents will enjoy their stay for the most part, at least the management is great and that’s ALWAYS A PLUS at any business. I have absolutely NO personal complaints on nor about management. I truly enjoyed my stay. I honestly think most people would too. Every negative review isn’t always correct I think most people that complain are the problem and simultaneously the solution to their problem. … that is all 👍🏾
