Portland Original! A/C! Great neighborhood, pets OK! In-law suite/living space - This fantastic home is located in NE Portland in the Maywood Park neighborhood just next to the Portland Grotto. The house is a cottage style with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The front yard is cute and boasts a great little gardening bed which gets tons of sun in the spring/summer months. As you enter the home you enter into the living room which has 2 very large windows allowing for tons of natural light. The flooring is old growth oak and is throughout the majority of the main level. Just off the living room is a small hallway leading to the two upstairs bedrooms. Each room is about the same size and features two windows and average size closets. The main level has one full bath just off the two bedrooms. The bathroom is done with really cool tile and tub. The kitchen and dinette are galley style and great for entertaining. Just off the kitchen is a little eat in nook, that leads to the deck in the backyard. Perfect for outdoor cooking/living. The backyard is great! Theres a nice grassy area for pups to play (or kids) and also access to the garage!
