This large and sunny corner master suite is available April 1. It's in a four bedroom unit in the Silver Spring apartment complex Summit Hills. Because this is the master bedroom, you will have your own private en suite bathroom which is a great deal at this price point! I've lived here over a year and only leaving because I am moving in with my boyfriend. It's walkable to the Silver Spring metro (10-15 minutes depending on how fast you walk) and there are plenty of buses around the area. About the unit and building: -Rent is $745/month -Roommates as of April 1st will be 3 males in their mid-20s. They're clean and quiet. -All utilities are included. The only thing you pay for is the internet/cable package, which runs approximately $25/month. -Your own bathroom (shower only, no tub.) -The building is located in a quiet part of the complex. You have trees outside your window and don't look straight into someone else's apartment. -Corner unit: two windows and very sunny. -Dishwasher -Laundry in the building (basement) -Tenant controlled heat and air. There are thermostats for the common areas and each individual bedroom. -The room is very large. I currently have a queen bed, two nightstands, a three-tier rack, small bookcase, shoe rack, desk and chair with room to spare. -Ample closet space -The gym is located right outside our building and is free to residents. Next to that is a convenience store and a dry cleaner's. There's also tennis courts, a swimming pool and a community garden that's all free. -FREE and PLENTY OF PARKING for residents and visitors (residents must get a parking pass). -The common room is furnished, but all that you see in the pictures has been left by other residents. If you have things to bring to the common area, they can easily be swapped. The bedroom will be completely unfurnished, and nothing is for sale. -Sorry, no pets.
