Whether you want to relax at the resort-style community swimming pool, dine at the full-service clubhouse restaurant, or spend the day at Walt Disney World, your stay at this "Disney World Haven" will leave a lasting memory. Our Disney World Haven is fully furnished and conveniently located within a 30-40 minute drive to Disney World and within one hour to Orlando International Airport. Close to Highway 27 for easy access on traveling through Orlando/Kissimmee area. Entrance on Bella Cita Blvd Guest Access • Luxury 5 Bedroom Home with 5 Bathrooms, feature 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 4 twin beds • Gourmet Kitchen Equipped With Stainless Steel Appliances and Center Island • Outdoor Living Space • Walk-in Closet, Additional Storage Areas • Breathtaking Secluded Pool and Beautiful Outdoor Patio Space • Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer • Full Kitchen and House Privileges Pool heating is available for an extra charge and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival**. Recommended for November through March. If pool heat is not ordered one week prior to check-in there will be an additional $35 trip fee. Please note, that the weather may affect the temperature of the pool. When the outside temperature drops below 55 degrees, the pool heater automatically shuts off and will automatically turn back on when the weather warms up to at least 65 degrees. Due to these unforeseen circumstances caused by the weather, Month2month is unable to refund the payment. Per HOA, all trash must be properly bagged in a 13-gallon trash bag to ensure pick up. Loose trash, anything in a to-go bag, or oversized and ripped trash bags are considered a violation, and will be picked up but charged a fine and a fee for the service. Outdoor Living - The stunning Lanai glass-covered private pool, with plenty of space for all the family to relax in the beautiful Florida sun. Note that the pool is not normally heated but is available for an additional cost of $35 per day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and in advance to ensure the pool is heated to the set temperature upon your arrival. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM *These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times so that we can accurately schedule around different times. This Villa is a private home for short-term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. We will provide a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 3 trash bags, 1 bar of soap per bathroom, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 small bottle of laundry soap, 3 dishwasher tablets, and a sponge. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer, broom, mop, mop bucket, dustpan, iron, and ironing board for your use.
