The fully equipped kitchen includes essential tools and appliances. There is a dining area that comfortably seats eight. Fresh sheets, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided, along with a washer and dryer, hairdryers, and an iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available. Pool heating is available for an additional $45 per night (3 nights minimum). Contact the communications team after booking to request heating, which will be activated 24 hours prior to arrival if prepaid. Up to 2 pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. You'll find a variety of nearby attractions to explore. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted, and using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. The pool heating system uses heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up. The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. To comply with legal requirements and building security protocols, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card that matches your ID. Additionally, you will need to pass through a verification portal, and in some cases, complete a criminal background check. Check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed the verification process.
