The pool and spa heating system can be activated for an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee is charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. The home offers convenient parking for multiple vehicles and easy access to major highways, making travel to theme parks and attractions a breeze. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Only guests aged 25 and over are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on the property. Only propane grills are allowed, and the discovery of usage of a charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions.
