This corner unit is in great condition and will rent quickly. Walking in from the garage you have laundry, quarter bath, utility room and then you will be in the kitchen and dining area. The dining are has a sliding door to the patio. Living room is open to upstairs and has a gas fireplace. Upstairs you have a loft space, 2nd bedroom, and primary bedroom with large closet and bath attached. As a tenant you are responsible for gas and electric only. Lawn, Snow (more than 2 inches), water, sewer, and trash are paid for by the property owner. Sorry no pets. Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
