Large home, barn, home office, homeschool, pets OK - So many extra rooms! The main living-dining-kitchen combo has a wood stove. Beyond that, there is a sun room one side, patio doors on the other, and a huge loft above. Facing the front is a tiled room that opens right onto the driveway. Another bonus room feeds audio throughout. Oh, and there's 3 normal bedrooms. Outside, there is a detached 4 car garage, a chicken coop and some rabbit hutches. The unfinished apartment above the garage bays is locked off. The front yard has several fruit trees, the back has a large yard. The rest of the property is low maintenance ground cover. Application fee is $50 per adult. $112 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company).
