Private bedroom available for rent for one person in Houston. Walmart and other grocery stores are nearby. All major freeways (I-610, I-10) are easily accessible. 15 minutes from downtown, The Heights, Medical Center, Montrose and Rice Village. Gas, power and internet bills are included Room comes with a bed, an office desk w/chair, and nightstand. Keypad lock with private code for entry to the room I will take care of all maintenance issues. The house is professionally cleaned every other week. You can use the living room, kitchen, all appliances as well as the washer and dryer. Electric bill is split between roomies but capped at $50 pm Background check is mandatory for approval, I would prefer a 6 month lease, but can work with you on something short term. Proof of income/employment will be needed. No parties, smoking indoors, weapons, drugs and pets. You will find my property to be a very clean and quiet place to live in. If interested, feel free to contact me for an appointment. Appreciate you looking! ***Please note *** I have long term tenants living there who are professionals. Everyone is courteous and keeps to themselves. There’s no one home most of the day as people are at work or out and about most of time.
