The basemen has a second large living room and the 4th bedroom with a full bathroom. This home is located in School District 20, it is 2371 square feet, and it was built in 1982. The home does not have central AC but it does have forced air heating. The home does come with a washer and dryer located upstairs. The tenant will be responsible for all utilities. Dogs and cats allowed. Pets must be 1 year or older. If approved, there is a $300 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet.
