Spacious bedrooms , and closets are on opposite sides of the duplex. The upper unit has central air, and gas forced heat. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, and will share lawn/leaf care, and snow removal/maintenance. Landlord will pay for water, sewer, and trash fees. There is a fenced in yard that is to be shared with lower tenants. Dogs are allowed depending on breed, weight, and age, and personality. An additional pet security ( refundable), plus a monthly pet fee will be required for each pet. Any applicants with any eviction issues, money judgment issues, bankruptcy, tenant/landlord issues, and pet issues will not be considered or accepted. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in, or outside the property. Only applicants with a credit score of 675 or higher will be considered. Looking for a one year lease. However, landlord will consider a 6 months lease with higher premiums.
