The kitchen is furnished with refrigerator (as is), stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and plenty of cabinets. Other special features include a charming fireplace (decorative use only), washer and dryer hook ups, and a one car garage. Lawn mowing is included but tenant is responsible for weeding flower bed and areas around property. Tenants are responsible for snow removal. Pets are not allowed. No smoking of any kind allowed including the garage. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. Anyone 18 yrs and older must go through the screening and pet screening.
