The kitchen is furnished with refrigerator (as is), stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and plenty of cabinets. Other special features include a charming fireplace (decorative use only), washer and dryer hook ups, and a one car garage. Pets are not allowed. Upon approval of application, all residents must go through the pet screening regardless of if you own a pet or not. No smoking allowed including garage. The tenant is responsible for all utilities.
