Right in the middle of everything! Amenities included: central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, and washer dryer. Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, air conditioning and water. Is not pet friendly. Date Available: May 14th 2025. $1,990/month rent. $1,990 security deposit required. We do use our own application, no fee attached, so no other application needs to be filled out. We do require a background check be completed, paid for by interested parties, using a site of our choosing, so no need to do any other checks.
