It has a huge detached two-car garage to store your vehicles or tools. A spacious backyard enhances the property. Located centrally, it provides easy access to amenities and schools. This property is served by a well, meaning there is no water and gas bill since it's all-electric! The monthly rent for this property is $1500, and the tenant will be responsible for the electricity utility only. Pets are allowed, with an additional monthly fee of $60 per dog and a $200 increased deposit (non-refundable). The additional monthly fee is $40 per cat, with a $100 increased deposit.
