Welcome to 801 Koch Ave, a charming 2-bed, 1-bath rental in Richmond, VA. Nestled down a backroad where you get much privacy. Thislovely home features energy-efficient windows, lovely cabinets, granite countertops, and recently purchased appliances. It is nicely painted throughout. Central HVAC and washer/dryer hookups. It has a huge detached two-car garage to store your vehicles or tools. A spacious backyard enhances the property. Located centrally, it provides easy access to amenities and schools. This property is served by a well, meaning there is no water and gas bill since it's all-electric! The monthly rent for this property is $1500, and the tenant will be responsible for the electricity utility only. Pets are allowed, with an additional monthly fee of $60 per dog and a $200 increased deposit (non-refundable). The additional monthly fee is $40 per cat, with a $100 increased deposit. We accept vouchers! We will run a background check on all applicants with a monthly income that is at least 3 times the rent amount required. All individuals over the age of 18 must apply, with a fee of $40 per person. A security deposit equal to one month's rent ( depending on your credit score)will also be necessary. Call us!
