I've been here for almost a year and am planning on upgrading apartments and signing for another year here! It's so clean, quite, and safe. The office staff has always been so kind and helpful. I love the fact that what you see as the rent is exactly what you pay. There's no weird hidden charges or extra fees. You get your own parking spot , so there's no stress of wondering if there is going to be a place to park after work. I'm happy that I found a place to call home.

The Edgewater has been my home for the last 5+ years. The community is very nice. I lived in building 2 with the lake front view. I loved all the wildlife and the ducks all year round. The property is well maintained, and the walking trail is a plus. I also loved the reserved covered parking spot and free pet rent. The Maintenace team was always very response to requests, friendly, and made time to answer and questions that I had about a problem. Move out was very easy with no crazy fees being owed etc. Deposit was refunded back within a responsible amount of time after moving out. The Stern Apartment is very spacious with large walk-in closets and front entry way closet. I am going to miss the lake front view. I would definitely recommend the Edgewater Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment.
