I have a room in my condo and am looking for a roommate. It's a nice, quiet area that is metro and bus accessible. There are plenty of restaurants and shops, and it's not far from DC. There's also a grocery store right across the street. It is perfect for those who may work in the city but, don't like the noise and crowdedness of the city. There is plenty of parking and a public pool. A washer, dryer and dishwasher is in the unit, and the roommate would have their own bathroom. All appliances are new and the entire condo is newly renovated with hardwood floors throughout. The room is unfurnished and the cost includes all utilities, except for cable tv, which I don't plan on getting. I prefer to stream Netflix and Hulu. I am looking for a roommate to occupy the room by the end of November and will do a month-to-month lease. First month's rent won't be due until December and the deposit will go towards December's rent. Although I would prefer a female roommate, I am open to a co-ed situation as well. The ideal roommate is quiet, clean, a non-smoker, responsible, respectful, and a young profesional. I am very responsible so, I am hoping for a roommate who is equally as responsible with their finances and mature.
