The cozy, carpeted living room has a large floor-to-ceiling box window area that overlooks the front yard, providing plentiful natural light. Move on to the tidy kitchen with all white appliances, including a dishwasher, and ample counter and cabinet space. Two steps down, and you're in the converted family room with simple built-ins, a large closet for storage, and a washer/dryer. There is a side entrance leading to the driveway, a parking space, and the shaded deck in the back. Back at the living room, the carpeted bedrooms with large closets are down the hall, along with two full bathrooms. The back bedroom has a door leading to the shaded deck in the rear with bench seating. The owner is responsible for mowing the front yard. The tenant is responsible for watering the beds and is expected to maintain their appealing appearance. In the back deck area, the tenant is responsible for maintaining its appearance and watering the plants and bamboo. This welcoming home is perfect for those who appreciate tranquility and the need for a respectful, collaborative living situation.
