This home is currently occupied and we are showing with approved applications only. Photos, video, and application are located on the Guardian Property Management website. We are looking for a 12-24 month lease to start with option to renew. Coming in the main entrance of this home you will will find a landing area with stairs down to the main level, the main level features a laundry room, storage, and access to the one car garage. The garage is large enough for storage in front of you car. The second car will need to park in the driveway. Going up the stairs you will find your main living area with open kitchen, dining, and living room. Off the living room is a balcony and that provides a lof of light to the living space. A quarter bath is located off the kitchen. Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, the primary has a walk in closet, and they share a full bath located in the hallway. As a tenant you are responsible for Gas, Electric, Water/Sewer. Trash, Lawn and Snow care are provided by the owner Dogs less than 30lbs ok (Association weight limit). Cats are welcome (2 max)with positive rental reference and credit, (Cat fee $20mo). Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month. This program ensures that high-quality HVAC filters are regularly delivered to the doorstep, saving our residents 5-15% on energy bills, offers a clean and healthy living environment, and reduces tenant liability.
