I feel a need to tell of my experiences at the Creek Point apts. It’s not just how close it is to Walgreens where I get all my prescriptions and convenience items. It’s not just how close it is to Cub food, Aldys, Panero bread, dollar tree, and the Knollwood mall all within 5 blocks. It’s not that the building stays quiet and the tenants are all very nice and that maintenance has signs posted regarding masks and distancing. You can add all those up and that would be enough to make a person want to renew there lease year after year. However the main reason I want to stay is because the property is managed by Wendy who is much more then a building Mgr she’s a Conciere which I have not seen in all my experiences in the 25 years living In the twin Cities especially in this uncertain time we are all living in. I’m happy to have her here and I’m sure everyone else has the same feelings I hope all stay safe.

Overall I’ve found the facilities to be clean and the staff has been extremely helpful. I’ll specifically thank Chantal, as she was very accommodating in finding me a unit that fit me well.
