This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Lone Tree home that will be ready to rent by August 1st, with a flexible move-in date. The house is newly remodeled with new wood floors, steel appliances, granite countertops, and even has a deck with mountain view. The basement is finished and has a gameroom/media room, bedroom, and bathroom. 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs, as well as the master bedroom/bathroom. A brand new roof was installed at the beginning of July. A 3 car garage is attached. There is a partial mountain view and deck with a great overlook of the Rockies. The yard is completely fenced in and suitable for pets. I personally own this home and will be managing this property, so I will ensure that everything is in the best condition at all times! The home comes unfurnished, but I am willing to leave anything behind for your use- we can just adjust the lease accordingly. I am looking for at least a 1 year commitment on the least, with $2000 security deposit. Pets are allowed at no additional cost, but must be approved. This is a quiet neighborhood with a fantastic location, and the house is located in a culdesaq. I've lived here for two years and the neighbors are really great.
