The house is already wired for AT&T fiber high-speed internet. Tenant pays gas and electric. Water included for up to 2 tenants. Rent will be increased by $30 per additional person per month beyond 2 tenants to cover water. Trash is divided between all units and charged monthly. The current charge is $27.25/month.
