Property Id: 2257474 Gorgeous, well kept home in the desirable neighborhood of Rancho Vista. Great walkability to Specs, the Police Academy, Del Mar College Oso Creek Campus, Stripes and Bill Whit City Park and Aquatic Center. Zoned for the highly rated Creekside Elementary School. Wonderful, kind neighbors & many families with children who put up decorations for every holiday. Only a 15 minute drive to NASCC. The huge island, ample counter space and open floor plan make this home excellent for hosting. The master shower and closet are also exceptionally large. The front bedroom's double windows give it a lot of natural light and our children have loved using it as a playroom. They have also loved the playsets in the yard that we are open to leaving for our renters children to enjoy.
