It has a spacious living room with wood-burning fireplace, separate dining room, large kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, separate laundry room with washer and dryer, large backyard with deck and beautiful garden. No pets. Where: Gilbert Ave, close to Santa Margarita Ave, in Menlo Park. It is less than 15 min bike from Stanford. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking on the street, close to downtown Menlo Park and Palo alto. When: Around April 10th move in. We plan to stay here for at least 2 years and hope to find someone who will be here for at least a year but can be flexible depending on interest. Cost: $1100 per month. Security deposit is $1100.
