About 718 South Fayette Street
About the condo: One room available in light, bright, updated two bedroom/one bath condo located 0.8 miles/ 15 minute walk from the King Street Metro. Ideal for someone working at the Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This is also a great location for commuting in and out of the city, with easy access to 495. The condo has central air and heating. The condo is located next to Lee Center which has baseball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, and a community center. There is an in-unit all-in-one Washer/Dryer with additional on-site laundry. There is one room available (I live in the other room) which is a pretty good size (13' x 10'), square shaped, with 2 small closets, and lots of light throughout the condo. The bathroom is shared. The neighborhood is very quiet but it's an easy walk to King St., the waterfront, Mount Vernon bike trail, District Taco, and Whole Foods. There is parking in the back and street parking galore. Water and gas is included with the rent but we would split electricity and internet. About me: I'm a Korean American guy in my early 30s and work for the government downtown. I work in international development and occasionally travel to Africa for work purposes. I'm clean, respectful of privacy, and have no problem either keeping to myself or hanging out. I'm looking for someone who is also clean, considerate, and not crazy. Security deposit is one month's rent.
