Ready now. Large Apartment, Very well kept, spacious bright and open. 2nd floor apartment with 3 large bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, updated kitchen with separate living room and dinning area. Hard wood floors throughout, lots of closet space. this rental was well thought out for comfortable living. Great location near Fairmont train station and a variety of stores, parks and schools. Applicants must have good credit and proof of income. First, last and Fee due before moving in 3x the rent. This is a very nice rental please call me for the fastest response.
