The home is in a unique area of the City of Del Mar which borders Solana Beach. Both Del Mar and Solana Beach are quiet, friendly beach towns with excellent public schools. The open floor plan is well laid out to take full advantage of the serene and private setting and features gorgeous hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and extensive windows. The large living room area includes an elegant yet inviting fireplace with marble hearth and facing as well as a wall mounted widescreen HDTV. A gourmet kitchen flows to the formal dining area and features granite counters, customer cabinets, a built in Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, and a garden window above the double sided stainless steel sink. The master bedroom suite has a private sliding glass door to the outside deck area, large bathroom with custom tile floors, granite counters, dual vanities, custom cabinets, over sized tub and glass enclosed shower. One guest bedroom is set up with queen-size bed. The other is a child’s bedroom with bunk beds. A fourth bedroom is set up as an office and game room with a brand new springless sleeper sofa for guests. There are two main backyard outdoor areas, one with a deck with sectional sofa and armchair patio furniture and the other a large patio with an outdoor dining area, BBQ, and seating around a fire pit. The large backyard play area utilizes artificial turf for durability and water saving purposes. The home comes equipped with beach towels, boogie boards, and a large surfboard to help you embrace coastal southern California living. Washer/dryer included. Regularly scheduled gardener and house keeper service also provided. All utilities included in the rent rate up to a $500/month limit. No smoking and no pets. The home is located within the highly acclaimed Solana Beach Unified School District: Solana Vista Elementary School, Earl Warren Middle School,and Torrey Pines or Canyon Crest High Schools.
