This first floor apartment sets in a quiet condominium community off of Watterson Trail in northern Fern Creek. It is very close to Bardstown Road, is 1/4 mile from the start of Breckinridge Lane and is 4.7 miles to the nearest hospital medical facility off of Breckinridge Lane in the East End. This unit was recently remodeled and is fully furnished. The renovated kitchen is replete with a full complement of cooking equipment and supplies beyond pots and pans, including a rice cooker, toaster, blender, an air fryer and Keurig coffee maker. An upgrade stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water, a glass top electric range with 5th burner/warming element are welcome amenities to this kitchen (they are not rental apartment-grade appliances). A built-in microwave oven hangs above the range. Dinnerware (dishes, bowls and mugs) by Rachel Ray. A box of K cups, a box of tea and some spices await in the cabinet. This condominium is equipped with a new 50" Samsung Smart TV (November '23), wireless Internet and Wifi. Ample closet space - the bedroom has two closets which take almost the entire length of one end of the room. The queen-size bed mattress and frame are brand new, as are the bed linens as of this ad (November '23). Solid, two-inch light-blocking Levolor brand blinds adorn the sparkling, freshly-cleaned windows. The washer and dryer sit conveniently in a room between the bedroom and the bathroom at the end of the hall. Tide laundry pods are provided. Bath towels and linens are provided. The unit is supplied with an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, first aid kit, a vacuum cleaner, dusting/cleaning supplies and a fire extinguisher. Cascade Platinum pods for the dishwasher and dish washing liquid, an in-sink dish drainer are under the kitchen sink. Parking is free and conveniently close to the unit - just a small front yard between your car and the condo. TARC buses go down Bardstown Road and stop at Watterson Trail. Uber, Lyft and taxis are allowed to come into the complex and stop in front of the unit in the parking area. On the grounds and in the neighboring surroundings there are lots of mature trees and green lawn area. In another area of the complex, there is a park and picnic area open year-round; the outdoor swimming pool is open during summer months.
