About 70 Fulton St
We have the entire floor - 5,000 square feet. :) This could be the largest shared apartment in Manhattan! Not exaggerating... Each bedroom is at least 16 x 16, huge closet space, large windows (two walls worth in one of the rooms), and can come furnished! Rent per month per bedroom is $2750 plus utilities (we split utilities six ways)... Utilities avg around 125 - 300 a person... We have two bedrooms available. 4 guys and 1 girl, all from 25 to 32 years old... and looking for similar ages in our new roommates. We are a fun and friendly group--very easy to live with! We have someone clean the common area's every other week Ideally looking for someone who could move in ASAP, but we are very flexible About the place: *Great closet space in all rooms (but this room has an obscene amount of closet space, including a walk-in) *Huge living spaces (dining room, kitchen, living room, movie theater room with a 140" screen, full-size ping pong table, a hammock) *3 Bathrooms, 6 Bedrooms total * Brand new washer/drier *One flight walk-up on a nice, busy street--so really safe (not a doorman building) *2 blocks from Fulton Street station (2345ACJMZ) / 2 blocks from the South Street Seaport! / 2 blocks from Wall St! / very close to Pace U.
