Split floor plan with 2 (10.5x11.5) bedrooms full tile floor baths on one end and then two large bedrooms with private full baths each. One large bedroom (15x14.5) would make a great office with double French doors that open to the rear covered patio (15x14 patio). Other large bedroom (15x13) off the kitchen has full bath with double vanity. (All bedrooms have hanging closets and the large bedroom has a walk-in closet (bedroom 1 in photo's). New HVAC system, new water heater, new toilet fixtures, updated kitchen/dining, & laminate flooring throughout. Home has a covered front porch, rear patio/deck area which is partially screened (14x25 screened in space, 15x14 covered patio not screened). There is a double vehicle metal carport in the back yard (25x20) for parking and a good sized shed (17x12) with power & shelving for storage use. This is a great neighborhood and one of the only ones off of Springhill Road (near the gun range). You'll be just down the maintained road to the forest and many neighbors ride ATVs as its so close to the trailhead. Close to both Crawfordville and Tallahassee as well as the Apalachicola Forest. 30m drive to the coast or Wakulla High School, 25m drive to I-10 or FSU/FAMU/TCC, 10m to Airport. Pet friendly (25# or less we must approve any pets, will require additional monthly pet fee & deposit). Non smoking home. The move-in fee is the first full month's rent plus the security deposit. The second month of your Lease is pro-rated if necessary depending on the move-in date. You must have proof of income for 2.5 times rent (last 6 months) and a credit history that shows the ability to pay on-time. You must have no eviction history. You must have no crimes of a sexual nature. Maximum of 3 adults on the lease. If you meet these qualifications then we can setup an in person tour/interview at the property. Please send me a message to schedule. If selected then you'll need to complete the Avail application process. The non refundable application screening fee is $55 per adult paid directly to Avail and covers credit, eviction, & background check. We can't hold over the rental for any reason (first come first serve). After the application approval, you must have the money in the form of cash, money order, cashiers check (no personal checks, cash app, gift cards, etc). All future payments and maintenance requests will be done using your Avail account. You can even setup auto pay if you like. This is also a great way to build credit. Date Available: Now. Lease end/renewal July 31st. 6mo lease is only so we're starting/ending a new lease during rental season. Long term rental is preferred.
