PET FRIENDLY! Covered Parking! NO CARPET!! All the floors are brand new wood floors, pictures were not updated after the remodel. Beautiful property for rent in Lakeview. Located on Milne walking distance to Mt Carmel & Robert Fresh Market. All brand new floors, doors, cabinets, trim, paint etc. (all of the carpet has been replaced with wood floors, the photos were taken shortly beforehand) Covered parking in the backyard with alleyway access. Also street parking in the front. Really nice part of Lakeview with good neighbors. Pets are allowed with a deposit. We do not have to do a credit check, however we will need income verification. Self employed is perfectly fine.
