Plenty of shopping nearby such as IKEA and Stonebriar Center. Very modern finish with wood floors and granite countertops. The kitchen opens to dining and living. Downstairs features two bedrooms, laundry, and a living area down. Upstairs are the kitchen, dining, living area, half bath, and master suite with master bath. The community features two green belts, a community pool, and a fitness area. $50 app fee per adult. Pets must have a pet screening profile. Monthly pet rent will apply plus a $150 upfront pet fee per pet.
