Great townhome with beautiful views. Walk-out basement with fenced yard in Rockrimmon and District 20! Fireplace and wood floors in living room. Plenty of storage in kitchen with a breakfast bar. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Close to I-25, shopping, and hiking trails. Complex has club house, pool, and picnic areas.
